The Work
Lead the residential service side: furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning and the indoor air quality work that follows. Five technicians bring you the calls they cannot close, and the dispatcher brings you the order of the day.
What we ask: an Oregon LME-HVAC/R license, eight years on residential service, and the manners to explain a $4,000 repair to a family at their kitchen table without talking down to them.
What you get: $38 to $50 an hour and a share of each repair you close, a take-home truck, health, dental and vision from the first of the month after you start, and an evening rotation the owner is on too.
